POSITION: Japanese Customer Service Representative

SALARY: Negotiable

LOCATION: Cubao Quezon City

INDUSTRY: BPO Company

Responsibilities:

• Support a variety of customer service related functions in call center environment

• Provide the highest level of customer support when responding to balance inquiries, investigating card declinations, processing card activations, etc.

• The successful candidate will answer calls from cardholders to respond to a variety of service related inquiries.

Requirements:

• Native/Non Native Japanese

• Filipino with good reading and writing skills in Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji

• At least 2 years in college

• Open to 18 years old to 55 years old

• Strong verbal/written communications skills
