Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Abingdon, Virginia
N-Tier Disaster Recovery Solutions is a full-service mitigation, restoration, reconstruction, and new construction company. The PM oversees projects within the timeline and budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Manage project from initiation to completion
• Perform onsite evaluation and create project plan, scope, schedule, and budget
• Maintain the availability of resources while staying within budget
• Lead and mentor the team to foster collaboration and professional growth
• Coordinate and maintain effective communication with the team, clients, vendors, and other parties involved
• Supervise ongoing activities onsite to make sure they’re carried out according to plan
• Track project progress, create detailed documentation and reports, and provide regular updates
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, blueprints and related records
• Ensure safety guidelines and protocols that align with industry standards are being followed
• Report and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Experience in managing residential and commercial construction projects
• A good understanding of construction process, procedures, building codes, and safety regulations
• Able to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in DASH job management software is a plus
• Valid Driver's License, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen
