QEHS Administrator [Manufacturing or Compliance Background]
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented QEHS Administrator to support our Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety and Compliance operations. This role plays an important part in maintaining company compliance programs, supporting audits and reporting, and coordinating safety and regulatory processes across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain quality and safety management system documentation and records
- Track KPIs, customer scorecards, and customer reporting data
- Assist with audits, product inspections, and compliance documentation
- Support regulatory reporting (OSHA logs, environmental reports, permits, etc.)
- Maintain SDS databases and GHS labeling updates
- Coordinate waste pickups, inspections, and facility safety walkthroughs
- Schedule employee safety and compliance trainings
- Assist with sustainability initiatives and improvement projects
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and internal departments
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in quality, safety, environmental, compliance, or manufacturing support roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage records, documentation, and reporting data accurately
- Comfortable working with computers and administrative systems
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred
- Exposure to manufacturing, regulatory, or safety environments
- Experience with audits, compliance documentation, or reporting processes
