Position Summary
The Superintendent leads field operations for a ground-up hospital project in Bluffton, SC scheduled to begin in mid-2026. This role is responsible for overall jobsite execution, including schedule oversight, budget coordination, quality control, safety enforcement, subcontractor management, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead ground-up hospital construction beginning June/July 2026
Oversee daily field operations, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
Manage jobsite safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance
Coordinate with project management and design teams
Ensure project milestones are achieved and issues are resolved proactively
Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders
Qualifications & Requirements
5–10 years of commercial construction experience
Healthcare construction experience preferred
Proven leadership of field teams and subcontractors
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to start immediately or participate in early project ramp-up
Firm Support & Structure
