Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning and executing a ground-up hospital project in Bluffton, SC scheduled to begin in mid-2026. This role manages budgeting, scheduling, reporting, and coordination while working closely with Superintendents, field teams, and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and cost controls
Oversee reporting, documentation, and project tracking
Collaborate closely with Superintendents and on-site field staff
Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
Maintain communication with clients and project stakeholders
Support risk management, change orders, and project controls
Qualifications & Requirements
5–10 years of project management experience in commercial construction
Healthcare construction experience preferred
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and reporting skills
Ability to manage multiple aspects of a complex construction project
Strong written and verbal communication skills
