Shift Leader

Shift Leader Position is responsible for managing shifts at facility to ensure clean, safe, and efficient operations. At Adventure Landing we specialize in Fun!

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Serve as Manager on Duty responsible for safe park operations

2. Take the lead to ensure excellent guest service and resolve any issues within company guidelines.

3. Assist all staff in keeping the appearance of the park clean and appealing to our guests.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

1. Must be highly skilled in guest service.

2. Ability to multi-task.

3. Must be a self-starter.

4. Understanding of basic accounting and financial reporting.

5. Capable of handling emergency situations calmly.

6. Ability to work positively with staff in regards to scheduling and conflict resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Minimum of 1 year of management experience required to be considered. Past managerial experience in the amusement/entertainment industry is a plus.

2. Must be a “hands on leader” with a positive attitude.

3. Must be available to work weekends.

4. Must be available to work weekends and some evenings.
