We are currently hiring Remote Customer Care Inbound Phone Agents to support our growing operations team. This work-from-home opportunity is available to individuals residing within the United States who are comfortable providing assistance to customers via inbound phone communication.

In this role, you will manage incoming calls from customers seeking general support and service-related information. You will follow approved communication guidelines to ensure that all interactions are handled professionally and consistently. Representatives are responsible for accurately documenting each call and using internal systems to retrieve information. This is strictly a non-sales role and does not require outbound calling or promotional activity.

Structured remote onboarding and training are provided prior to handling live calls. Training includes call handling procedures, documentation standards, system navigation, and communication protocols. No prior call center experience is required, making this role suitable for entry-level candidates.

Candidates must have a distraction-free home workspace and dependable high-speed internet access. Basic computer proficiency is required. Strong listening skills, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential for delivering consistent service quality. Representatives must be able to manage calls independently while maintaining performance expectations.

Scheduling availability may include weekday, evening, or weekend shifts depending on business needs. Both part-time and full-time opportunities may be available. Consistent and dependable performance may lead to extended opportunities within the organization.
