A Company in Nairobi in the telecommunications industry and operating a Safaricom Dealership is looking to fill the Customer Executive vacancy and are hereby inviting interested and qualified candidates to apply for the position.

Role Summary: The Customer Executive will manage customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service, resolving inquiries, and maintaining effective communication.

The CE will also be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and meeting both sales and revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Customer Service, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service as a Customer Executive, Brand Ambassador, Merchandiser, TDR, or Sales in a telecommunication company or dealership is strongly preferred.

Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Empathy and patience in dealing with difficult customers.
