The Role

We are looking for a Junior Product & Performance Analyst to support our Advisory team in turning data into actionable business insights.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who is curious about data, understands analytics & digital marketing, and enjoys solving business problems. You will work closely with the Senior Data Analyst and Analytics Manager to deliver insights, reports, and recommendations that drive client decisions.

This role suits someone who is analytical but also communicative, structured, and comfortable managing multiple client deliverables.

Responsibilities

Support data exploration and basic analysis to help generate insights aligned with client business goals and need.

Assist in troubleshooting data discrepancies and responding to ad-hoc data questions

Translate data findings into simple, actionable recommendations using analytics and digital marketing knowledge

Prepare and maintain client reports, presentations, and analytics documentation under supervision

Build and update KPI and monitoring dashboards based on predefined metrics

Participate in client discussions as a supporting team member and coordinate with operational teams when needed

Support project execution by tracking timelines, preparing deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Experience & Skills

1–2 years of experience in a digital analytics, performance analytics, or performance marketing role. Exposure to project coordination or project management is a preferred

Familiarity with analytics tools, especially Google Analytics (GA4) and AppsFlyer, including the ability to explain their core features and use cases

Basic understanding of performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic), including audience targeting, budgeting, and key performance metrics

Foundational understanding of the marketing technology such as conversion tracking, attribution setup, CRM, including how data flows and attributes between platforms

Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI)

Basic SQL knowledge (BigQuery SQL is a plus)

Professional working proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)

Experience in owned channel optimization and A/B testing is a plus

Has an agile mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to learn and adapt with new technologies, trends, and client landscapes
