Job Description

Position Overview

Seeking a highly experienced Lead Common Operating Picture Manager to serve as the senior theater level COP expert supporting USFK/CFC CJ3 mission command. This role manages GCCS J, COP fusion tools, and multi network data integration across SIPRNET and CENTRIXS K to enable real time situational awareness across the Korea Theater of Operations (KTO).

The Lead COP Manager is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and operational readiness of the COP, ensuring decision makers have a synchronized, real time view of the operational environment during exercises, contingency responses, and real world missions.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain, validate, and ensure accuracy of the Korea Theater of Operations (KTO) Common Operating Picture.

· Manage GCCS J, COP fusion tools, data feeds, and interoperability across SIPRNET and CENTRIXS K.

· Identify and resolve issues related to data correlation, track management, interoperability, and system synchronization.

· Coordinate COP architecture updates, Digital Gunnery exercises, assessments, and After Action Reviews (AARs).

· Develop and deliver COP training programs, operator certifications, and user readiness materials.

· Provide direct COP support to the CJ3 during real world operations, crisis events, major exercises, and mission rehearsals.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree (minimum).

· Minimum 7 years of experience with GCCS J, COP fusion, or theater level COP management tools.

· Deep understanding of COP operations, data fusion processes, track management, and C2 systems.

· Experience with networks, IT systems, servers, and architectures supporting COP environments.

· Ability to operate in a fast paced, mission critical TS/SCI setting.

Additional Information

· Prior OCONUS, joint, or operational DoD experience is highly preferred.
