We are seeking an experienced, licensed insurance professional who is ready for a stable, supportive environment with strong compensation and true work-life balance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, managing policies, and being a trusted resource — without the pressure of nights, weekends, or aggressive sales quotas.
What You’ll Do
Provide excellent customer service to existing insurance clients
Assist clients with policy questions, coverage updates, and renewals
Process endorsements, billing inquiries, and policy changes
Support clients with claims guidance and follow-up
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Work closely with the agency team to ensure a smooth client experience
What We’re Looking For
Active insurance license (Property & Casualty required; Life & Health a plus)
Prior experience working in an insurance agency or insurance-related role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Professional, dependable, and client-focused
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $50,000–$70,000, based on experience and licensing
Simple IRA with 3% employer match
