Estamos contratando "Customer Engagement Representatives" para empresa de Call Center/Seguros Médicos en Cataño, PR

POSICIONES EN ESPAÑOL E INGLÉS!, CONTRATACIÓN INMEDIATA

SALARIO: $11.00 - $11.50 P/H (depende dominio del idioma inglés)

HORARIO: 8 am -8 pm L-D 2 dias libres rotativos

MODALIDAD: Presencial

ACTIVIDADES:

· Soporte al Cliente para seguro médico

REQUISITOS:

• Experiencia en call center o servicio al cliente- etiqueta de teléfono

Estudios: 60 créditos o más en estudios universitarios, o Grado Asociado en adelante (equivalente a 2 años o más de estudios universitarios) o Diploma de Escuela Superior

• Es un plus experiencia en el sector de planes médicos, que estén familiarizados con procesos, procedimientos, terminologías y/o plataformas relacionadas.

• Identificación oficial vigente con fotografía

• Certificado de buena conducta
