Sense Engineer

An exciting company has engaged us to find a Sense Engineer to integrate advanced ML capabilities with intuitive user experiences across their system. In this role, you'll help architect, deploy, iterate on, and maintain a modular, scalable interface spanning client-side applications and back-end ML deployment. You'll fine-tune state-of-the-art models, implement seamless data pipelines, optimize full-stack performance, and contribute to delivering polished, real-world experiences for end users.

Strong programming proficiency in JavaScript/JSX for full-stack web development, with an understanding of Python for utilities and supporting tasks; a candidate with equal or greater JavaScript experience is preferred.

Demonstrable experience with modern front-end web frameworks, including React (e.g., React 18) and build tools like Vite, as well as UX-related technologies like React Router and React Context API.

Practical experience with Machine Learning model integration, embedding custom developed and/or pre-trained models.

Familiarity with core Deep Learning frameworks like PyTorch (preferred), TensorFlow, and Keras, with experience in fine-tuning and deployment.

Experience leveraging ready-made models from ecosystems like Hugging Face. Transformers/Diffusers and specialized models like Ultralytics YOLO for transfer learning.

Core Languages & Stacks; Stacks: JavaScript/JSX, Python, HTML/CSS/SCSS, Node.js, Express.js.

Eligibility to obtain and hold a Department of Defense Security Clearance.
