Job Description
Job DescriptionAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for directing all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring successful delivery that meets schedule, quality, and performance expectations. This role involves close coordination across teams, proactive problem-solving, and consistent on-site leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overall execution
Collaborating with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal development teams
Procuring, managing, and coordinating subcontractors and vendors
Tracking construction progress and addressing challenges before they impact the project
Enforcing safety requirements, building codes, and internal quality standards
Managing project documentation such as RFIs, change orders, and status reports
Leading project meetings and maintaining clear, effective communication with all stakeholders
Performing regular site visits to ensure workmanship quality and adherence to project schedules

The Successful Applicant
The Successful ApplicantA successful Project Manager - Multifamily should have:
Experience managing multifamily or commercial construction projects
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, budgeting, and trade coordination
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
OSHA certification and additional training a plus
