Production Equipment Operator

Position: Production Equipment Operator

Location: Delaware Basin

Compensation: $28.00 - $40.00/HR

Reporting Structure:

This role reports directly to the area Foreman and collaborates closely with all personnel in the field.

Main Responsibilities:

Efficiently operate and maintain pumping units and ESPs.

Conduct daily route checks to monitor and document production data.

Ensure optimal well performance and troubleshoot any production issues.

Perform basic maintenance on equipment as required.

Respond promptly to call-outs within the assigned area.

Utilize production software for monitoring and reporting purposes.

Accurately document production data and complete necessary reports.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of Lease Operating experience (mandatory due to minimal supervision).

Strong understanding of pumping units and ESPs.

Able to independently manage assigned routes.

Proficient in computer documentation.

Willingness to drive up to 300 miles per day.

Must pass a background check, driving record check, and DOT drug screening.
