Architecture Project Coordinator Job Description The Project Coordinator will support the production and design team with a primary focus on architectural drafting and document development using AutoCAD.

This role contributes to a variety of commercial project types by producing accurate, high-quality drawings and technical documentation.

Responsibilities + Produce and revise architectural drawings in AutoCAD, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.

+ Support production and design efforts across multiple project types.

+ Assist with coordination between internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.

+ Apply knowledge of construction means, materials, and methods to drafting tasks.

+ Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality across all project documents.

+ Contribute to meeting project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

+ Work collaboratively within a team or independently when required.

+ Uphold professional standards of integrity, trust, and commitment.

Essential Skills + Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial architectural office.

+ Associate degree or higher in architecture (on path to Bachelor degree). + High level of proficiency in AutoCAD (minimum of 3 years). + Proficiency in REVIT.

+ Working knowledge of Photoshop and other design software.

+ Solid understanding of construction means, materials, and methods.

+ Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

+ Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications + Highly motivated to produce accurate, quality construction documents.

+ Autocad Experience.

+ Architectural Drafting Experience.

+ 3-5 Years Experience.

Work Environment This is an on-site position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr.
