Job Description
Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will be responsible for:
Develop and maintain project schedules collaboratively, incorporating input from the team during pre-construction and construction
Secure permits and manage inspections to ensure compliance and approvals
Lead onboarding and contract negotiations with trade partners and vendors, ensuring alignment with the budget
Coordinate BIM with pre-construction, architects, engineers, and trades; resolve conflicts as needed
Communicate project status to clients and leadership through reporting on budget, schedule, quality, safety, and changes
Conduct weekly OAC and coordination meetings with trades, vendors, and stakeholders
Manage scope changes, providing impact documentation for timely client decisions
Oversee inspections, quality control, punch lists, and project closeout
Collaborate with the superintendent, trades, and client to implement and enforce project safety plans
Maintain design documents, version control, phasing plans, and alignment with schedules and costs
Support technical partner selection and business development activities as needed

The Successful Applicant
The Successful ApplicantThe successful Project Manager will have:
Bachelor's degree preferably in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, and Architecture or equivalent
2+ years project management experience
Previous Light Industrial, Warehouse, or Manufacturing projects
Tilt wall experience is a plus
True leadership experience managing teams, client management, goal setting and achieving.
Someone who is internally motivated to grow a company and lead.
Estimating experience.
Having experience with Cost +, negotiated work, MS Project, and Pro-core.
CPM scheduling and planning.
Has ability to estimate change orders, pay apps, etc
