We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement CJTF HOA/AFRICOM’s mission objectives.

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, **Computer Support Administrator (CSA)** . This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, CJTF-HOA located OCONUS in DJIBOUTI, Africa. _This position is required to travel OCONUS._

**Responsibilities:**

+ The Computer Support Administrator (CSA) willbe responsible forsupportingWindowssystems and applications on a geographically dispersedActive Directoryenterprise network.

+ TheCSA willbe expected tohave a strong troubleshooting background,analyzingsystem faults anddiagnostic tests on operating systems and hardware with minimal supervision.

+ The candidate will have experience and knowledge of Active Directory administrationvia a MIM (Microsoft Identity Management) platform.

+ Supports the management ofDHCPwithin an Infobloxarchitecture.

+ Installs, troubleshoots, and takes part in the life cycle management of printers, workstations, and VoIP devices.

+ Monitorsnetwork and server status ontheSolarWindsnetwork monitoring platform.

+ The ideal candidate willpossesscustomer-facing skills with the ability to document and briefsystems and servicesin a clear and professional manner.This includes a demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete operational and service deliveryobjectives.

+ TheCSA will provide remote support and/or travel to customer servers and sites asrequired.

+ Administers systems/environment solutions for multiple projects with varyingschedules. Supportsthe planning of system/environment requirements for individual projects.

+ The candidate will have experiencemaintainingand supporting network devices consisting of primarily Cisco routers and switches.

**Qualifications:**

**Required:**

+ Currently hold an adjudicated Secret Clearance and be able to maintain

+ BA/BS + 5 years recent specialized or AA/AS +7 years recent specialized or a major cert + 7 years recent specialized or 11 years of recent specialized experience

+ **Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)**

+ **Modern Desktop Administrator (MDA) Associate or Microsoft** **Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or current Microsoft Equivalent Replacement Cert.**

+ **CompTIA Security + (IAT Level II or greater)**

**Desired:**

+ ITIL v3 - Foundation

+ Automation using Microsoft PowerShell, VBScript, or batch files

+ Experience with Microsoft MECM

+ Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs

+ Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards

+ Experience working with and supporting Cisco Routers and Switches

$75,200-$158,100
