Owner-Operator (Flatbed) – Hook & Go

Location: Hook in our yard in Avon, MN

Routes: Regional – MN, WI, ND, IA, SD

Freight Type: Flatbed Mix of LTL and Full Truckload

Type: Regional Hook & Go Setup

Budde Trucking Inc. is seeking an experienced Owner-Operator Flatbed Driver to run consistent regional freight out of our Avon yard. This is a hook-and-go operation delivering throughout MN, WI, ND, IA, and SD.

What You’ll Do

Hook preloaded trailers in our Avon yard

Deliver flatbed freight (LTL and full truckload) to regional customers

Properly secure freight (chains, straps, edge protection, tarping if required)

Complete delivery paperwork and communicate load status

Follow all DOT and company safety requirements

Pay

$2.50 – $2.60 per mile (based on experience)

Per-stop pay for LTL deliveries

Mix of LTL and full truckload freight

Consistent regional work

Minimum Requirements

Valid Class A CDL

Clean driving record (MVR reviewed)

Minimum 2 years of verifiable flatbed experience

Current DOT medical card

Ability to pass required DOT drug & alcohol testing

Strong knowledge of flatbed securement

Professional, dependable, safety-first mindset

Owner-Operator Requirements

Must own your truck or have a valid lease agreement

Provide proof of insurance

ELD compliant

Meet all DOT/FMCSA requirements to operate legally
