DUTIES AND REPSONSIBILITIES:
• Protect the assets and integrity of Dakota Sioux Casino by ensuring that fair and honest game are being operated at all times. Oversee the games in progress when on duty.
• Supervise employees for professionalism, game speed, accuracy, guest relations, and compliance to policies.
• Settle disputes for customer or dealers in a fair and timely manner.
• Prepare work schedules.
• Perform training for new Table Game Dealers.
• Maintain proper chip inventories on the tables.
• Maintain guest relations to ensure the best entertainment value possible for all customers.
• Maintain all necessary paperwork such as: impress banks, shift changes, fills, shift reports, player tracking, exact inventories of cards at all times and Title 31 information. Able to obtain all keys for the department.
• Deal Table Games when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree preferred.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of two-year table games experience. Must have supervisory training or prior experience. Must have knowledge in the games played at Dakota Sioux Casino & Hotel; such as Black Jack, different Poker Games, and Craps.
OTHER:
Must obtain a Key Gaming License, Ability to handle diverse situations/or people, Effective communication skills, Must demonstrate excellent attendance practices, and Must be able to work 8+ hours if necessary.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, and reach; Sitting, standing or walking for extended periods of time.
