Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Marshallis currently seeking applicants for a Process Engineer.

Job Location:

Located in Marshall, MN just north of SMSU and located in the industrial park.

What you will be doing:

Develop and implement production processes in line with product specifications and quality standards

Identify and analyze process issues and recommend improvements to increase Yield, reduce MRB and improve products quality

Create and maintain production documentation, such as standard operating procedures and work instructions

Collaborate with other departments, such as Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Research and Development, to ensure smooth production processes

Identify, design, and implement automation solutions that streamline operations, reduce manual intervention, and enhance process reliability

Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Perform engineering experiments to qualify new processes, raw materials, and equipment

Work regularly with customers regarding the product design, specifications, and manufacturing capabilities What you will bring along:

B.S. in Engineering, focus preferred in Mechanical, Industrial or Quality engineering

Ability to effectively communicate both in person and in writing.

Proficient MS Office Suite skills, with a primary focus in Microsoft Excel

Preferred 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong analytical and problem-solving skill set

Statistics knowledge

Pay Range: $50,000-60,000 annually. This position is a full-time position.
