Through our formal, multi-year rotational program, the Associate Analyst will be exposed to multiple business groups and leaders. Associate Analysts will participate in credit analysis, data collection using various accounting standards, operational system improvements and conduct industry research across global markets in the facilitation of issuer credit ratings and financial strength ratings.

Candidates must have work authorization in the U.S. Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior analytical team in the analysis and credit assessment of insurance operating and holding companies
Research and analysis of vital financial data and statistics
Perform industry research and competitive analysis in various insurance markets
Participate in testing and quality assurance of pending system releases/updates
Assist in the development, maintenance and review of Best's Credit Rating Methodology (BCRM) and related criteria procedures
Assist in the prompt and accurate response to regulatory requests
Administer impairments identification and recordkeeping processes
Actively assist in the preparation of materials and agenda for rating meetings Qualifications
0-3 years financial analysis experience or insurance industry experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial, Accounting, Math or Economics
Possess or working towards relevant professional qualifications and designations (MSc, MA, MBA, CA, CFA, Actuarial, CPCU, CLU, FRM, etc.)
