Case Manager/Group Facilitator Full Time:

Taylor Care Adult Behavioral Health At Tuckerton - an Adult Mental Health Partial Care Program located in Tuckerton, NJ is seeking a Full Time Case Manager/Group facilitator to join our team of Mental Health Professionals

The proper candidate must have a BA in a Human Services field, OR an AA in Human services field plus 2 years experience in Human Services, OR no degree and 5 years experience in Human Services. Additional experience in IMR, Pre-Vocational and Addictions counseling is preferred. Bilingual - English and Spanish a plus.

Case Manager will carry a caseload of approximately 20 clients, and will conduct therapeutic groups for about 15 clients, prepare treatment plans, document progress in medical records and outreach to other caregivers.
