Job Duties
We are looking to hire a Controls Engineer with 5+ years of experience designing and programming control systems for automated equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming equipment to company and customer specifications, designing and programming safety circuits utilizing safety PLCs, performing risk assessment and implementing safety devices, and developing UL 508 certified control system designs. For this position, candidates should have an associated degree (or equivalent experience) within Controls Engineering and be able to manage projects from concept through installation.

Associated degree within this field OR equivalent experience with Controls Engineering
Minimum Experience Required
Must have hands-on servo motion control experience with Allen-Bradley or equivalent platforms.
Experience with: PLC programming (Allen-Bradley Studio 5000, RSLogix 500), FactoryTalk View, robotics, motion control, pneumatics, hydraulics, and AutoCAD.
Comfortable with specifying components and document control systems.
Skilled in electrical/pneumatic design, machine programming, debugging, and certification.
Willingness to travel to customer sites for installation and startup
