What You'll Do

As a valued CNA team member, you will:

Provide daily care and personal support based on each resident's care plan

Monitor and report resident status changes promptly

Build warm, respectful connections with residents and families

Assist with mobility, personal hygiene, comfort, and safety needs

Accurately document care activities and follow all facility procedures

Respond to call lights quickly and ensure ongoing resident well-being

Protect resident privacy and confidentiality at all times

Help create a calm, respectful, and positive care environment every shift

What We're Looking For

• Active California CNA certification in good standing

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A caring attitude and desire to support residents with dignity and respect

• Reliability and professionalism - especially during the overnight hours
