ESOP Program - Fully Vested after 3 years Job Description
As a Project Engineer, you will:
Support project safety programs, including enforcing safety procedures and promoting a Zero-Injury culture
Perform site and building layout tasks, ensuring accurate physical placement of work per plans.
Manage document control, including tracking and organizing shop drawings, submittals, change orders, progress photos, and daily reports.
Coordinate scheduled construction activities and help keep field work aligned with project timelines.
Support quality control processes, often through structured quality systems on site.
Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce, ensuring trade coordination and material flow.
Help manage shop drawing and submittal review processes with design and field teams
Expedite delivery of components and materials to help maintain the project schedule.
Assist with processing change orders and documentation, including tracking and reporting.
Support project controls tasks, such as scheduling input, cost reporting, and project management solutions.
Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to successful project delivery. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
1+ Years of Experience
MEP Experience is a PLUS
Strong desire for professional growth and long-term thinking, with a willingness to take on increasing responsibility.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear reporting and coordination.
Organized and detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple tasks and managing documentation meticulously.
Problem-solving mindset with practical judgment to address challenges on the job site
Commitment to safety, supporting and promoting a Zero-Injury Safety culture on all projects.
Team player mentality, comfortable working alongside site managers, engineers, and field teams to deliver quality results
Basic technical skills such as document control, understanding shop drawings/submittals, and familiarity with scheduling and quality control processes What's on Offer
Competitive base salary between $75,000 and $90,000, depending on level of experience
