Job Description

This position is contingent upon award.

Solves IT problems at both the hands on and policy level. Interfaces with customer and all levels of management on technical issues. Assists in the research and analysis of emerging IT and communication technologies and their impact on existing government policies and procedures. Assists our customer in developing best practices. Performs the role of a MS SharePoint development support and system administrator to the customer. This will be a hands-on system administrator position helping users at their desk, managing virtual servers in an AWS environment. Will manage AWS cloud services as well.

Required Skills

Experience with standard Microsoft suite products

Strong customer support and troubleshooting skills

Research and analysis abilities

Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

Ability to foster customer relationships and provide team leadership

Strong presentation and briefing skills

IT experience with Microsoft and Linux equivalent

MS SharePoint development support experience

Microsoft and Linus system administration

Network communications engineering experience to include TCP/IP and other network protocols

PKI experience is a plus

Hardening Usage knowledge with Unix/Linus experience is a plus

Red Hat and Solaris experience a strong plus Position Requirements

TS/SCI CI Poly REQUIRED

Experience/Education/Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or a minimum of 5 years relevant experience

Security+ or CISSP certification REQUIRED
