Controls Technician – Supporting the Systems That Power Automation

We’re seeking a Controls Technician to assist with the setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automation and control systems in real-world industrial environments. This position offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology and the opportunity to support projects that integrate electrical, mechanical, and software systems.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Install, wire, and test control panels, PLCs, sensors, and other automation components

Troubleshoot and repair control systems to ensure reliable performance

Assist engineers with system setup, testing, and commissioning

Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control logic

Document system updates, maintenance activities, and technical findings

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and operation

What We’re Looking For:

Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical Technology, Automation, or related field

Practical experience with control systems, PLCs, or industrial automation

Strong understanding of electrical fundamentals and troubleshooting techniques

Clear communication skills and attention to detail

Willingness to travel for on-site work and support project deployments
