The Hours:

Full-time, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

After-hours / Weekend on-call rotation required.

Typical Day as a Maintenance Technician:

Provide high-quality customer service for our residents

Diagnose, and perform minor repairs and routine maintenance as directed, involving but not limited to the following:

Electrical, air conditioning, and heating systems

Plumbing to include water lines, boilers, gas and electric

Water irrigation systems

Gas fixtures and/or appliances where applicable

Patios, stairs, railing, and gates

Interior and exterior lighting fireplaces and ceiling fans

Interior and exterior doors, shutters, cabinets, windows, and sliding glass doors.

Door locks and security systems were applicable

Maintain accurate records regarding preventive maintenance, service requests, make-ready status, and work-in-progress status

Maintain adequate inventory of supplies

Perform any other tasks as deemed necessary by management The Qualifications:

Experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting/drywall, carpentry, and appliance repair

The ability to work fluidly in both a team environment and by oneself

Positive attitude and a passion for building relationships with both residents and team members

Faces problems head-on and utilizes various resources to find a solution

Skills from the following industries transition well to this role: industrial mechanics, home improvement, engineers, trade apprentices, and carpentry Our Benefits:
