Requirements:

• Blown Film Extrusion Experience

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in blown film extrusion (highly preferred).

• Strong mechanical and manufacturing process skills and experience.

• Proven ability to support and lead Lean manufacturing activities.

• Keen analytical skills and understanding of problem-solving techniques and tools.

• Data-driven approach, coupled with discipline, objectivity, and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilies:

Fast-paced environment Continuous improvement, evaluating and refining our blown film manufacturing processes to optimize performance, minimize waste, and elevate product quality.

Develop and implement error proofing practices to prevent non-conformances and ensure consistent, high-quality output.

Establish and maintain a system of standard operating conditions for all equipment, fostering process control and predictability.

Leverage data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for further optimization.

Proactively tackle quality non-conformances by initiating preventive actions and providing technical expertise for incident investigation and corrective action.

Contribute to a culture of collaboration, supporting and leading Lean manufacturing initiatives and training machine operators on new equipment and procedures. Send Resume Today!
