Job Title: Production Operator
Client: Aerospace Industry

Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Position Overview
This is an entry-level manufacturing role where the Production Operator will learn and perform various fabrication and repair processes for aerospace component parts using specialized tools, equipment, and safety practices.
Key Responsibilities
Use tools and equipment to manufacture or repair aerospace components to traveler specifications.
Perform inspections per traveler requirements to ensure compliance with engineering and quality standards.
Attend training and on-the-job (OJT) sessions to develop technical manufacturing skills.
Operate equipment such as sandblasters, chem-mill loading/unloading systems, masking tools, hand-held motors, and belt/wire wheel sanders.
Adhere to all Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) policies.
Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance; follow company values and leadership instructions. Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (required); ability to read and understand English per FAA requirements.
Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments (preferred).
Skilled in using hand tools, manufacturing machinery, and measuring equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Basic computer skills (Windows and site-specific programs after training).
