We're looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team-people who are passionate about using the science of behavior to support growth in residential homes, school programs, and community-based settings.

What You'll Do:
Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Provide direct 1:1 teaching and skill-building in residential, educational, and community settings
Collect accurate data to track progress and support individualized treatment plans
Support daily living skills, communication, socialization, and adaptive behaviors
Promote inclusion and meaningful participation in classroom, home, and community activities
Collaborate with teachers, clinicians, and teammates to foster a team-centered approach
Ensure safety, consistency, and a nurturing environment where individuals can grow What You Bring:
A compassionate heart and commitment to person-centered care
RBT certification (or willingness to complete training and certification with our support)
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
Reliability, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit
Experience in ABA, education, or direct care (preferred but not required-we provide full training!)
