Relocation bonus Job Title: Packaging Engineer

Location: Decatur, Illinois

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

• Developing internal packaging requirements

• Designing returnable racks for part delivery between suppliers and the factory

• Managing returnable racks for the customer Campus - including audits, loop sizing, and repair.

. Develop Packaging standards and standard work for the inbound material and Kitting.

. Devleop Kitting instructions with Visuals considering into POU process in terms of Orientation, packaging material, sequence.

. Familiar with different packaging materials used in Industry to avoid material damage during Warehouse to Assembl facility during transit.

• Supporting the India team with POs for the repack of material at our external repack vendor (approximately 1286 POs currently).

• Managing feedback to our suppliers for packaging improvements in quality, cost, delivery

• Coordinating of rack repairs and new rack purchases.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
