As the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of 20-25 young staff members. Supervise a small team of staff members, providing guidance and support.

Ensure excellent customer service by setting and maintaining high standards for product quality, presentation, and customer interactions.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to prevent shortages or excess. Quality Control:
Ensure that all products meet quality standards and are prepared according to established recipes.
Conduct regular quality checks and cleanings on ice cream machines and equipment. Training and Development:
