Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations, new product introductions (NPI), and capital installations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering and be capable of providing hands-on support to shop floor teams while driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide shop floor support for production teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Assist in New Product Introduction (NPI) builds and support ongoing production processes.
Manage capital installations and provide engineering support for NPI initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing efficiency and quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
Experience managing capital installs and supporting NPI projects.
Ability to troubleshoot and provide effective shop floor support.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
