Complete Description:

The Client is seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to implement, maintain, and manage cloud infrastructure for AI resources in Azure. This position requires expertise in configuring and maintaining monitoring systems, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based resources. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of AI resources in the Azure cloud environment.

Key responsibilities include overseeing regular patching and updates, backup operations, disaster recovery planning, cloud migrations, and troubleshooting production applications. The ideal candidate should have experience working in complex environments with multiple technologies and frameworks such as .NET, Java, SQL, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities:

Provide guidance on the implementation of AI resources in Azure.

Implement, monitor, and maintain Azure-based AI environments to ensure optimal performance.

Perform regular patching and updates to maintain system security, stability, and functionality.

Oversee backup operations and recovery processes for mission-critical environments.

Plan and execute cloud migrations, including moving workloads from on-premises to the cloud.

Troubleshoot and support production applications to address issues in real-time.

Work with security tools like Tenable to manage vulnerability remediation and ensure secure cloud environments.

Utilize SCCM and SCOM for automated patch management and deployment.

Develop and implement disaster recovery (DR) plans to ensure minimal downtime and prevent data loss. Qualifications:

Experience providing guidance on the implementation of AI resources in Azure and managing those resources.

8+ years of experience implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Azure environments.

10+ years of experience in performing regular patching and updates to ensure system security and stability.

10+ years of experience overseeing backup operations and recovery processes in mission-critical environments.

10+ years of experience in cloud migrations, including moving workloads from on-premises to the cloud.

10+ years of experience providing support and troubleshooting issues for production applications.

10+ years of experience working with SCCM and SCOM for automated patch management and deployment. Nice-to-Haves:
