Federated Hermes is seeking a Facilities Representative based at our Pittsburgh, PA headquarters. Responsibilities include performing maintenance, janitorial and transportation duties as required to maintain Federated Hermes’ office space.

What you can expect:

• Assemble and disassemble furniture systems and make minor repairs to furniture and check and replace lights when needed

• Participate in move coordination meetings and perform relocations including personal belongings, files, furniture, and equipment.

• Respond to and resolve work orders submitted through OfficeSpace

• Maintain coffee equipment/supplies on a daily basis

• Assist in ordering, stocking, and inventory or coffee, cleaning, and maintenance supplies/equipment

• General cleaning projects, trash removal, and routine quality assurance inspections with the cleaning contractor

• Operate company and executive vehicles

• Report deficiencies related to Federated Hermes space to supervisor

• Perform special projects as assigned by supervisor.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

• 2 years of general maintenance experience preferred
