Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable handling a variety of office tasks while supporting team members and maintaining efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
Prepare, organize, and maintain files and records (digital and physical)
Perform data entry and basic reporting
Assist with document preparation, copying, scanning, and filing
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Support staff with general administrative tasks as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree a plus)
Previous administrative or office experience preferred
Proficiency with basic computer applications (email, word processing, spreadsheets)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Work Environment & Compensation:
Office-based or hybrid (specify if applicable)
Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-4pm
