A large-scale Digital Transformation experience should be from a Retail / Ecom background in Program Management

Candidate needs to have experience in how he/she manage the stakeholders: Applies Cadences needed like RACI & RAID, and weekly decks

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Program Manager to lead and oversee our technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of our tech stack and demonstrate thought leadership to drive the success of our programs. This role requires an individual who is not only proficient in program management but also has hands-on experience in implementing and managing technical projects.

Key Responsibilities

Drive cross-functional initiatives with a deep understanding of our technical stack

Develop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps, timelines, and dependencies

Identify technical risks and obstacles early, and implement mitigation strategies

Lead technical discussions and decisions with engineering teams

Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, product, and engineering

Establish and track meaningful program metrics and KPIs

Balance technical requirements with business objectives

Mentor team members on best practices in software development and project management

Drive continuous process improvement across the program Required Technical Skills & Experience

Proven hands-on experience or familiar with our core technology stack: Azure, .NET, React, Python, Angular, and Git

Demonstrated ability to understand architectural decisions and their implications

Experience translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

Strong background in software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Understanding of cloud architecture and infrastructure as code Qualifications

5+ years of technical program management experience in software development

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Strong technical background with hands-on development experience

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical programs

Experience leading distributed teams across multiple locations What Sets You Apart

History of providing technical thought leadership in previous roles

Experience implementing technical programs from scratch

Advanced technical certifications (Azure, AWS, etc.)

Experience with performance optimization and scalability challenges

Ability to deep dive into code when necessary while maintaining program oversight
