Job Duties
We are looking to hire a Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd shift team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for providing hands-on support for maintenance and production operations by performing a wide range of duties related to installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining facility and process equipment. This role supports safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations.
Minimum Education Required
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Associated technical degree/certification within the field OR several years of experience in maintenance (preferred)
Minimum Experience Required
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on maintenance or mechanical experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
• Experience with mechanical and electrical repair
• General knowledge of production equipment, pipefitting, liquid, compressed gas, and HVAC systems
• Willingness to become forklift certified
• Strong teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and goal-focused work ethic
• Refinery experience is a plus
• Boiler license (or ability to obtain within one year) is a plus
• Fabrication skills is a plus
• Refrigeration knowledge is a plus
