Your new role

As Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding the company's market presence across the Southeast. You'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to drive project wins. This is a high-impact role suited for a proactive, driven, and outgoing professional with a passion for the built environment.

What you'll need to succeed

A degree in construction, architecture, engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial construction, architecture, or construction-related engineering

Strong communication and networking skills

Ability to develop and execute strategic business development plans

Confidence in client-facing environments and a solutions-oriented mindset What you'll get in return

Competitive base salary of $85,000-$110,000
