Description:

Location: TMMK, Georgetown

Travel: 50%- Domestic: within the United States and internationally to Canada, Mexico and Japan.

Overtime: 25%

What you'll be doing:

Online robot programming Sealer, UBC, and Dampening Run trials and adjust parameters Evaluate quality drawings and meet standards

Online robot Programming Primer, Base and Clear Run trials and adjust parameters Evaluate quality drawings and meet standards

Off line robot programming Use simulation software to create robot programs, perform reach studies and cycle time analysis

Evaluate Quality Use elco-meters, wave-scan and X-Rite

Create Hand Over Documents Create snapshots of the robot processes for the NAMC's

Effective communications Must be able to use Microsoft Office and communicate with the written word

Requirements:What you bring:

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge

Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions

Flexible and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or on multiple projects

Able to take initiative to recommend projects, product improvements, or cost reductions

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

2 years technical degree or equivalent work experience Bonus if you have:

Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications

PLC Programming (Toyopuc, Allen Bradley, Omron etc)

Experience with Digital Engineering (Catia,Delmia,Solidworks,Inventor)

Additional related certifications
