Business Development Manager- Commercial Landscape Construction

Responsible for winning new commercial construction projects by building relationships with

general contractors and developers and positioning the company to secure landscape, hardscape

and irrigation construction scopes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors and developers

• Identify upcoming commercial construction projects early

• Position the company to win landscape, hardscape and irrigation construction work

• Coordinate with estimating and operations throughout the bid process

• Track opportunities from identification through project award

• Support repeat construction awards through strong GC relationships

Ideal Background

• 3+ years experience in commercial construction or construction-related business

development

• Familiarity with construction bidding and preconstruction processes

• Proven ability to develop GC and developer relationships

• Jacksonville market experience preferred

• Landscape, hardscape, irrigation, or site-work experience a plus
