We ask for a minimum of12 weeks, full-time (40 hours/week) and on-site, for most internships.Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program.Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full-time positions, not internships.
International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.

Location:Palo Alto, CA What You'll Do
Manage cross-functional hardware design programs for Industrial Storage (Megapack/Powerpack/Battery System), overseeing project scoping, coordination with design, supply chain, validation, and system integration teams, while driving projects to completion
Be analytical, collect and utilize data to present progress, trends, risks and opportunities for projects
Requires leading a cross functional team, balancing multiple tasks, running meetings, creating plans, delivering results, and being a flexible and capable problem solver
Define and drive the schedule for upcoming new project launches and sustaining programs
Maintains a high degree of confidentiality and exercises sound business judgment
Communicate effectively by sharing project status updates, leading scrums and stand-ups, and proactively managing schedule risks
Develop and manage project plans and ensure timely delivery of milestones
What You'll Bring
Pursuing a Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields
Familiarity with system development concepts
Experience building, developing, and managing highly effective project management tools and processes
Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills with ability to work in a highly cross-functionally environment
Excellent organization and delegation skills with ability to own the product roadmap and schedule with a track record of delivering projects on-time
Ability to inspire confidence in multiple layers of management from executive to associate levels, as the face of your projects
Ability to work with limited resources, independently, tight deadlines, and with urgency
Exceptional ability to keep simultaneous projects moving forward
Proficient with MS Office including Project, PowerPoint. Familiar with JIRA, Confluence is a plus
Experience managing end-to-end product deployment - from concept through development and successful launch
