Our client has experienced a re-brand over the last 5 years. They are a market leader in private label liquid beauty products, offering contract manufacturing services - both custom formulations and tech transfer. They work with some of the top brands globally in hair, skin, and fragrance.
Job Description
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Identify and build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the haircare, skincare, fragrance, cosmetic world.
Develop and manage long term relationships with top customers.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for client needs.
Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals with prospective clients.
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand visibility.
Mentor and guide junior sales team members to achieve their professional goals. The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Development Director should have:
MUST HAVE prior experience in the beauty contract manufacturing space.
Selling contract manufacturing services into top hair / skincare brands.
5+ years of closing experience is a must.
Strong expertise in sales strategy development and client relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
The ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities.
Experience in leading and mentoring sales teams effectively.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. What's on Offer
Competitive salary ranging from $130000 to $140000 base salary USD annually + bonus - $175-190k total compensation.
