As we expand into this region, we are looking for a passionate and hands-on Senior Recruitment Specialist to help us build and support a strong local team and be part of this new chapter in our company’s growth.
We have ambitious plans for Timișoara, aiming to grow the team to 100+ engineering and technical experts in the coming years. This role will be instrumental in helping us lay the foundation for a strong, values-driven, and high-performing local office.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Source and engage potential candidates through various channels
Schedule and conduct interviews
Prepare offer letters and employment documentation (employment contracts, terminations, resignations)
Maintain and update HR databases
Provide structured feedback to candidates
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with company needs
Marketing & Employer Branding
Create and distribute targeted social media job ads to attract qualified candidates
Update the company website with open positions
Support employer branding initiatives
Organise internal and external events (Christmas party, team buildings, workshops, client events, etc.)
Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of recruitment experience
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
Mandatory IT recruitment experience
Experience in the Automotive industry is a strong advantage
Adaptable, proactive, and quick learner
Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication abilities
High attention to detail
Growth mindset and continuous improvement orientation
