Role Description

Scheduling and coordinating interviews/meetings

Preparing contracts & participating on onboarding tasks

Daily communication with candidates, UK recruiters and interviewers

Close cooperation with other HR departments and onboarding coordinators

Skills and Expertise

Fluent English is a must

Previous Recruitment / HR / Coordination experience is strongly appreciated

MS Office skills (MS Excel, Outlook)

Able to prioritise tasks accordingly

Time flexibility

Strong ability to work within an international environment and be focused on providing a high quality of service to the client

Attention to detail (data quality)
