Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to support our growing remote operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data across internal systems while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input data into company databases and systems
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Update records and generate basic reports as required
Communicate with team members regarding data discrepancies
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree a plus)
Proven experience in data entry or administrative support preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Google Sheets, email)
