Salary
$85,000 - $130,000 annually (based on experience, licensure + qualifications)
Our project manager role ranges across three levels for career advancement opportunities; an engineer may join as a project manager I, project manager II, or senior project manager and their salary is commensurate with the level.
Scope of Work
Design and detail efficient structures that are code compliant, accurate and of high quality
Act as the Project Manager or Project Engineer on multiple projects that vary in size and complexity
Develop strong client relationships and engage in business development practices to leverage those partnerships for ongoing project work
Manage project cost through effective planning and prioritization Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, structural) from an accredited university. A master's degree focused in civil or structural engineering is preferred
5+ years of structural engineering experience, demonstrating growth in project management experience and diverse projects
BIM (Revit) experience
Proven ability to manage successful project teams
Strong client relationship experience and the ability to manage complex projects
PE or SE license Benefits
