Location: Onsite (Local candidates preferred)

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (W2 only) - 6 Month

Conversion Salary: $110,000 per year (base)

We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications for digital consumer banking platforms. This role involves working closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional IT teams to deliver robust, cloud-based solutions that enhance customer experiences.

You will be responsible for full-stack development, system integration, and application support while adhering to standard software development practices.Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, and related technologies

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems

Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using Angular and React

Write efficient, optimized SQL queries and manage database interactions

Design and implement integrations with third-party tools, frameworks, and enterprise systems

Deploy, monitor, and manage applications using AWS cloud technologies

Write technical design documents, test cases, and maintain proper code documentation

Provide production support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for existing applications

Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, Information Security, and PMO teams

Follow standard development principles, coding standards, and best practicesMandatory Requirements

US Citizen or Green Card holder only

Must have strong experience working in the USA

Must be available for complete onsite work

Must be open to W2 engagement only (No third-party or C2C candidates)

Stable career history preferred

Local candidates will be given first preferenceRequired Technical Skills

Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot

Strong experience in Angular and React

Strong experience in SQL and database management

Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs

Experience working with AWS cloud services

Experience in full-stack application development and deployment

Experience in system integration and enterprise application developmentPreferred Qualifications

Experience working in the banking or financial services domain

Experience with cloud-native application development

Experience with microservices architecture

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
